Average Pay for CDL Drivers

The average pay for CDL drivers at MTM is competitive within the industry. You'll have the opportunity to earn a great income while enjoying stable and rewarding work.

Start at 28% of the gross earnings immediately after training.

For drivers with at least 1 year of experience, earn 30% of the gross.

All drivers can earn an extra bonus of up to 6% on their total monthly gross, kicking inonce they've earned over $30,000.

Earn $1,000 for referring a company driver and $500 for referring an owner-operator.

CDL Driver Responsibilities

As an MTM CDL driver, you’ll be responsible for:

Delivering goods safely and on time across various routes.

Completing daily inspections of your vehicle and maintaining logbooks.

Communicating effectively with dispatch and other team members.

I worked here at MTM as a CDL A truck driver and they are a really good trucking company to work for. My dispatcher was Natalie and she was simply amazing. They work with you when you want to go home and get you good paying loads. I was on percentage pay. They give you the option between percentage and mileage pay.
